  • Zack Stoddard, Leasing and Development Manager

    As Leasing and Development Manager, Zack oversees project management and lease-up for new developments within BSG’s portfolio. A graduate of the University of Puget Sound, Zack began his career in real estate through market research and property management before transitioning into brokerage with Thornton Oliver Keller (TOK), one of Idaho’s top commercial firms. His extensive background in office and industrial leasing and sales provided the foundation for his successful transition to Buie Stoddard Group in 2021, where he continues to contribute to the company’s strategic growth and long-term development vision.

  • Brandon Valanty, Vice President of Finance/Controller

    Brandon oversees all financial and administrative aspects of the business, driving BSG’s financial strategy, planning, and investment analysis. Brandon is responsible for managing debt, investor relations, acquisitions, and financial modeling, ensuring the company’s fiscal strength and sustainability. With over twenty years of experience across debt and equity, asset management, and acquisitions, Brandon brings a comprehensive understanding of real estate finance to the team. He holds a Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Finance from Texas Christian University, and an MBA in Finance from the University of North Texas.

  • Andrea Manning, Vice President Asset Management

    Andrea manages BSG’s portfolio, overseeing financial performance, leasing initiatives, and the property management team. A graduate of UCLA with a degree in economics, she began her career at CBRE, working alongside one of the firm’s top retail investment teams. She later joined Burnham USA Equities, where she managed leasing and operations for a diverse mix of retail, office, and mixed-use properties. Andrea is a licensed real estate broker, a Certified Leasing Specialist through ICSC, and holds the CPM designation through IREM. Her expertise and leadership continue to drive BSG’s operational success and lasting tenant relationships.

  • Robert Montgomery, Vice President/Director of Planning

    Bob leads BSG’s project entitlement, governmental relations, and land acquisition research efforts. With more than three decades at the company, his experience encompasses planning, zoning, and development entitlements for over 10,000 homes and more than 1,000,000 square feet of retail, office, apartment, and hospitality projects. A graduate of the University of California, Irvine, Bob has been an integral part of Southern California’s planning and real estate landscape since 1973, known for his deep expertise and strong relationships with local jurisdictions.

  • Robert F. Buie, Founding Principal

    Bob Buie is a respected leader in Southern California’s real estate development industry, recognized for more than 45 years of success in creating high-profile, master-planned communities. His career includes the development of over 10,000 residential units and major commercial projects that have shaped regional growth. Before founding Buie Stoddard Group in 1983, he served as a senior officer of a publicly traded homebuilder. Bob holds a Civil Engineering degree from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and an MBA from Harvard Graduate School of Business Administration.

  • Jeffry L. Stoddard, Founding Principal

    Jeff Stoddard is a seasoned real estate strategist with extensive experience in land development, homebuilding, and income property investment. His disciplined approach and creative vision have guided the successful acquisition and development of residential and commercial projects across California and Idaho for over 35 years. Before co-founding Buie Stoddard Group, Jeff held key positions with AVCO Community Developers and Continental Illinois National Bank. Jeff holds degrees in Business Administration from the University of Idaho & an MBA from Harvard Business School.

    Jim Saivar has been the creative force behind the design, planning, and marketing of thousands of residential units in master-planned communities throughout Southern California. With more than 35 years of experience, his leadership has consistently shaped BSG’s reputation for excellence in design and community integration. A graduate of California State University, Northridge with a degree in Business Administration, Jim has earned numerous awards for marketing innovation and is widely recognized as a leader in residential design and development marketing.
